Venere.com (an Expedia Inc. company) is the Italian leader in online hotel reservations. The technologies mainly used by the company are Java and Spring, for the building of RESTful backend web services, and Javascript/Node.js for the frontend layer. We rely on several persistence technologies, both SQL and NoSQL (MySQL, Redis, Couchbase, …). As an agile company, I belong to a development team using the Scrum Framework, where I gained experience in facilitating meetings and in managing a development team.

Venere.com (gruppo Expedia Inc.) è leader italiano nel settore delle prenotazioni alberghiere online. Le tecnologie principalmente utilizzate sono Java e Spring, per lo sviluppo di servizi di backend RESTful, e Javascript/Node.js per lo sviluppo della parte di frontend. Per quanto riguarda la persistenza ho lavorato con entrambe le tecnologie SQL e NoSQL (MySQL, Couchbase).

Esperienza nella scrittura di App ibride per smartphone (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) basate su Apache Cordova, Backbone, Handlebars, e requirejs.

Essendo una “agile company”, ho lavorato in un team utilizzando il framework Scrum, dove ho anche acquisito esperienza nella facilitazione di riunioni e nella gestione di un team di sviluppo.
